At 40 years old, Shores brings two decades of experience in radio journalism to the local podcasting scene, blending professional polish with a genuine love for community storytelling.
Originally from the Northeast, Logan cut his teeth in small-market radio before working his way into regional stations where he became known for his clear voice, sharp interviews, and knack for turning everyday happenings into compelling stories. Over the years, he covered everything from city council meetings to music festivals, always drawn to the energy of local culture.
After relocating to Ormond Beach, Shores saw an opportunity to highlight the city’s growing creative and business community through a modern, on-demand format. In mid 2025, he launched The Ormond Pulse Podcast, a weekly program that captures the spirit of the area with in-depth conversations and lively coverage. Each episode offers listeners a front-row seat to Ormond’s evolving identity—whether it’s a new restaurant on Granada Boulevard, a live band at the beachfront, or a local artist preparing for their first gallery show.
When he’s not behind the mic, Logan enjoys exploring the area’s restaurants and catching live music. With The Ormond Pulse Podcast, Shores is determined to give Ormond Beach the spotlight it deserves, one episode at a time.
